Treatment Plans

Add a treatment plan:

Through Doctor system

1- Click on Healthcare to open the dropdown menu.

2- choose a treatment plan, And Press add treatment plan

3- Choose the patient’s and doctor’s name, and enter the address 4- Click on Signature 5- Click on Add procedure on a new treatment plan.

• If you need to add a new procedure follow the next step,

• Select Add procedure.-Select the needed item.

• Can be make discount by value or percentage , And Press Save

6- Press saves. -Final view, the treatment plan added.

Steps to Follow Up on Package Status:

1.    Access Treatment Plans through healthcare\

Observe Treatment Plan Status for Patients

Upon accessing the Treatment Plans page, you will observe the status of each patient's treatment plan:

o   Not Started: If a patient's treatment plan is in the "Not Started" stage, you will notice that the treatment plan is incomplete, as depicted in the provided image.

o In Progress: For patients whose treatment plans are in the "In Progress" stage, you will observe that the treatment plan includes both completed & incomplete sessions, as illustrated in the provided image.\

• Completed: When a patient's treatment plan reaches the "Completed" stage, you will notice that the treatment plan is fully completed, as shown in the provided image.

**Steps to Update a Package Status from not started - to - completed **

1- select Visits from the healthcare section

2- Choose New Visit.

3- Select the patient's name, the doctor's name and complete any missing information.

4- Press Next

5- Choose the treatment plan.

You will notice that the patient has three incomplete sessions.

6- Select the patient's treatment plan and press add

7- Select the first session

8- Change its status to "Completed."

• When changing the quantity as required, then activating a separate option to be added directly without the need to repeat adding each action

• you can write any comment

And Press Save

9- Press Next

10- Complete the necessary information: "Chief Complaint" and "Progress Note."

Then press next

11- Complete any additional information if applicable, And Press next

12- Press submit

To change the status of a treatment plan for the same patient, follow the same steps again:

1- select Visits from the healthcare section

2- press new visit

3- Select the patient's name, the doctor's name and complete any missing information.

4- Press Next

5- Choose “choose treatment plan”

6- Choose a treatment plan for the same patient.

• You will notice that the treatment plan is ongoing.

• You will notice that the patient has one completed procedure and 2 that is incomplete.

7- Select the second procedure

8- And Change its status to "Completed."

• When changing the quantity as required, then activating a separate option to be added directly without the need to repeat adding each action

• you can write any comment

And Press Save

9- Press Next

10- It is necessary to enter the main complaint and progress note to complete the next step.

And Press Next

11- Complete any additional information if applicable, And Press next

12- Finally will appear The summary, and then we'll click Submit
