Medical package

How to make a new medical package:

through management system

****
1- press on healthcare
2- choose medical package templates
3- Press add a new template\

4- fill full all information's follow the photos steps from enter the title and press add procedure

5- choose the procedure

6- You can add more than one procedure

7- Enter the discount by value or percentage then click on Save

8- We will notice the discount that has been made on the procedures and then click on Save

9- We will notice the creation of a new template

can you edit any package through press edit

can you add or delete procedure and discount then press save

Steps to add a medical package for a patient:

Through the reception

If the account manager gives her access to add a medical package for a patient

1- Enter the Healthcare Services menu
2- Select the Medical Package\

3- Fill in the details of the selected Medical Package, including choosing the doctor and patient\

4- Click on "Add Medical Package", which will display all the available medical packages. Select the appropriate package(s)\

5- Add or repeat multiple medical packages as needed\

6- Click on "Submit"

A payment prompt will appear, asking if you would like to pay now

  • If you choose "Yes" to pay now, you will be directed to the deposit addition page to complete the invoice payment steps
  • If you choose "No", the package will be recorded, and you can pay later as follows:
  • Enter the Accounting menu
  • Select Deposits
  • Choose the invoice directly or click on "Add Deposit" and select the patient's name to pay the package invoice
