Cancel a visit and amend
1-Select Healthcare 2-Select Visits
Note: view all past and current visits, including canceled and incomplete ones
3-Select the completed visit you want to cancel, whether it is previous or current
4- click on cancel visit 3-In case of an incomplete visit (draft)
4- choose to delete the draft "In case of a visit being canceled by mistake or the patient changing their mind about the cancellation"
Steps to restore the visit:
1-Select Healthcare
2-Select Visits
3- Select the canceled visit you want to recover
4- Click on “Recreate a visit” to show it again as a new visit with a new ID number
In the case of an incomplete visit (draft), complete the rest of the data to become a complete visit.
